Math Camps are a great way for preschoolers to explore and investigate math in a hands-on and fun way! Math Camps will start the week of September 26!

1. A few spaces are available in my Math Camps! Please remember to register– some classes only have 1 space left.  Please e-mail me or message me if you have questions.

2. The Tuesday Grade 5/6 Math Camp is full so I’ve added a Summer Math Camp for Grades 5/6 on Thursdays.

3. Spring Preschool Camps are open!! If your preschooler is looking for something fun to do while HCPSS is still in school, check out my camps. They filled fast last year!

Yay! Summer 2016! Just hearing the word SUMMER makes me smile for many reasons! I enjoy teaching Math and Thinking Camps during the summer.

Math Camps are a great way for children to have fun and practice math throughout the summer to maintain what they learned and learn new skills too!

The Thinking Strategies Camps are a fun way to learn strategies that will help a child think everywhere (home, school, community, work). Children will learn specific thinking strategies while doing math, science, social studies, and language arts activities!

Pre-School Math Clubs at Mt. Hebron Nursery School start this Wednesday!  Pre-school Math Camp classes (3-5 Year olds) are starting next Wednesday, 1/13!  Check out my website for dates and time.  I enjoy working with preschoolers! They LOVE doing hands-on math activities and playing with Math!

King of Math Junior is great for children in Kindergarten through 3rd grade.  It is worth buying the version for $1.99 so your child can conquer all the levels.

King of Math is great for children about third grade – middles school.  I would buy the $1.99 version as well.

I love the variety of questions and math topics that are covered in one game in a fun and effective way .

I spent yesterday at Mt. Hebron Nursery School.  I always enjoy spending time there.  I taught a parent workshop on how to foster a love for Math at home through games, stories, and play.  We also talked about how to teach children thinking strategies at home to help them be independent thinkers and learners!
